7-days Exchange Policy

Exchange can be made within 7 days of purchase providing that :-

• The item has not been worn, used or washed
• All product tags are presented
• The original packaging is intact and has not been damaged
• In the case of shoes, the shoe box must be presented in its original condition

Exchange Procedure

• Contact Us
  If you would like to return your order, please email us at websales@torontosports.com.hk OR send a message to us on our Facebook page. You will then be provided with a return code. Please indicate the code on the parcel when you send back the package.
• Choose from one of the following ways to return the product :
  (a) Return the product to one of our selected stores (free of charge), OR
  (b) Send the product to us through courier with paid transport charges 
• Once we receive the returned products and examine whether they can satisfy all returning conditions, we will arrange a refund soon.
